About the project :

design and build a unique boutique hotel located on Seheil Nubian Island in Aswan built of compressed earth blocks and stones. The goal of this project is to create a holistic, regional and sustainable space, therefore all the building materials used in the project are locally sourced, The project will introduce a new unique building technique with Compressed Earth Blocks that can be further a model for others to use in the area.

My roles:

1-mix design of compressed earth block and supervision the production of the first patch and the quality control tests.

2-Supervise the execution of the projects.

3-In site materials tests and quality control

4-Explain drawings details to subcontractors and workers.

5-Reporting the progress throw the project life cycle.
